As part of its commitment to nurturing responsible and socially conscious citizens, Amrita Vidyalayam, Kuthuparamba, observed the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking with an enlightening awareness session for the students of Classes XI and XII, while Class IX students displayed remarkable creativity through a Poster-Making Competition.The Chief guest of the programme was Mr. Basheer P. A., Assistant Excise Inspector, Excise Range Office, Kuthuparamba, who delivered an insightful address on the perils of substance abuse, the legal implications of narcotic offences, and the significance of making informed, value-based choices. The interactive session inspired students to uphold a healthy lifestyle and reinforced the message that their aspirations and potential far outweigh the allure of drugs.
