As our divine Mother has envisioned, inorder to bring holistic development in students, acquisition of skills is of prime significance. It bridges the gap between classroom learning and success in real life.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Manjeri observed World Bicycle Day on 3rd June by grades 7 to 9 students.

A session was organized on basic bicycle maintenance. Mr. Shabeeb, a bicycle technician of the locality, demonstrated to the students how to fix chains, check brake responsiveness, inflate tyres, and lubricate the chain to promote safe and eco-friendly commuting.

When the kids were engaged in skill building, it enabled them to enhance their confidence. Moreover they will lead a fulfilling life by protecting the environment from pollution and it will give a positive impact on their academic success.
