Our school celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and active participation from students and teachers. The programme began with a welcome address highlighting the importance of yoga in promoting physical health, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle.
A special feature of the celebration was the yoga session led by one of our students, who confidently demonstrated various yoga asanas and guided fellow students through the practice.
