The Karkidaka Food Fest was celebrated on 27th July 2024. It was a vibrant celebration of traditional Ayurvedic and seasonal foods. Students and teachers actively participated in the programme. Delicious and healthy " Karkidaka Kanji & Oushada kanji  added flavour to the occasion. Leafy vegetable stir- fry, Banana flower stir- fly, sprouted seeds and cereals displayed, aimed at promoting the rich culinary heritage. The display of various Ayurvedic medicinal plants was another highlight of the event. The Fest offered a unique opportunity for the students to explore and appreciate the profound communication between diet and health.
