Our school celebrated National Reading Day with great enthusiasm to promote the habit of reading among students.
The program was graced by. Ms.Rekha Varma, a children's author, as the chief guest. The celebration began with an inspiring address by our Principal, who highlighted the importance of reading in a student's life.
A special attraction of the event was the Character Parade, where students dressed up as famous characters from novels and storybooks. Ms.Rekha Varma engaged the students through storytelling, poems, and interactive sessions, making the program both enjoyable and inspiring.
The celebration encouraged students to develop a love for books and recognize reading as a valuable lifelong habit.
