Guiding Success: Parent Orientation Session for Grades X & XII
The Parent Orientation Programme for Grades X and XII was conducted with the objective of fostering a strong partnership between the school and parents in guiding students towards academic excellence and personal growth.
The session focused on reviewing the students' academic performance based on the Periodic and Monthly Tests. Parents were provided with valuable insights into their wards' strengths, areas for improvement, and overall progress. The importance of regular monitoring and timely intervention to ensure consistent academic achievement was highlighted.
During the interaction, special emphasis was laid on the significance of regular school attendance, maintaining discipline, effective time management, and developing the habit of studying on a daily basis rather than postponing learning until examinations. Parents were encouraged to support their children in creating a structured study routine and maintaining a positive learning environment at home.
The school also outlined the various support mechanisms in place for students. Special coaching and remedial classes have been arranged for slow bloomers to help them strengthen their fundamentals and build confidence. At the same time, advanced guidance and enrichment programmes are being provided for high achievers and toppers to help them reach their full potential and excel in board examinations.
The orientation served as a valuable platform for meaningful discussion and collaboration between parents and teachers. It reinforced the shared commitment to nurturing responsible, disciplined, and academically successful students, ensuring that every child receives the guidance and support needed to achieve their goals.
