The reopening ceremony for Pre-kg and LKG the academic year 2025–26 was conducted with devotion, joy, and warmth.

The tiny tots were welcomed by senior students, cheerfully dressed as cartoon characters. Parents, students and teachers gathered in the prayer hall for the blessings of God. This was followed by a delightful welcome speech delivered by UKG students, showcasing their confidence and clarity. Then the UKG children performed a beautiful welcome dance. The school was honoured by the presence of Dr. Shagi U.P, a proud alumna of Amrita Vidyalayam, as the chief guest. In her address, she cherished fond memories of her school days and inspired everyone with her words rooted in values and Amma’s vision for education. Then the Vidyarambham ceremony, was conducted. The teachers made them to write“Om Hari Shree Ganapathaye Namah” in a tray of rice — a sacred tradition marking the auspicious beginning of their learning journey with the blessings of Lord Ganesha. Our Principal distributed sweets and gifts to the children.

 The reopening day was a beautiful blend of tradition, celebration, and love — a true reflection of the values of Amrita Vidyalayam, where education begins with blessings, culture, and care.
