Amrita Vidyalayam, Thuckalay, joyfully celebrated Sanskrit Day and Raksha Bandhan with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit. The programme began with prayers and Sanskrit shlokas, highlighting the beauty and significance of the ancient language. Students presented speeches, songs, and skits in Sanskrit, showcasing their learning and love for the language. 

The Raksha Bandhan celebration reflected the essence of unity, love, and protection. Students tied rakhis to one another, symbolising the bond of care and respect beyond boundaries of relation. Teachers also shared the historical and cultural importance of both occasions, inspiring students to preserve traditions while fostering mutual respect. 

The day concluded with blessings from the principal and teachers, leaving everyone with a sense of pride for our heritage and warmth in the spirit of togetherness.
