When the world encounters grave environmental challenges like climate change,  global warming , ozone layer depletion, melting of glaciers etc., the relevance of Movements,awareness and strong actions become relevant keywords.

Fondly remembering the warriors who stood for the preservation of environment, a special assembly was organized for 1st and 2nd graders on the World Environment Day, on 5th June. 3rd and 5th graders  planted saplings and flowering plants in the school garden. They took the oath for sustainability and displayed placards/ posters highlighting their actions to protect the environment to lead a healthy life. The programme gave a deep insight to the children to realise the need to protect their environment for future generations.
