The Annual Day Celebration of Amrita Vidyalayam, Kanhangad was held on 2nd January 2026 at 4.30 p.m. in the school premises with great enthusiasm. The programme began with a prayer and the lighting of the ceremonial lamp.

The function was presided over by Br. Vedavedyamrita Chaitanya, In-charge, Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Kasaragod. Sri Dinjith Ayyathan, renowned Malayalam film director, graced the occasion as Chief Guest, and the felicitation address was delivered by Sri Divakaran Vishnumangalam, noted Malayalam poet and actor.

The Annual Report, presented by the Principal Gurudeepamrita Chaithanya, highlighted the school’s achievements. Colorful cultural programmes by the students added vibrancy to the celebration, reflecting Indian culture and values.
