We observed International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on 26th June. We organized an invited talk by Mr. Madhusudanan, Preventive Officer and Vimukthi Mentor, for students from class VII to XII. To raise awareness, our students from class VII and VIII performed a mime. Additionally, students from the higher classes presented an awareness session for younger children. The event concluded with a pledge on the topic “Say No To Drugs.”
A Stress Management and Career Guidance Session was conducted to help students navigate academic pressure and make informed career choices. The session aimed to create awareness about healthy ways to cope with stress through techniques like time management, relaxation exercises, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Mr. Sandeep Anandan, Trainer and Director, WAY- A training and empowerment organisation guided students on various career options, helping them understand their interests, strengths, and the importance of setting realistic goals. Interactive discussions, personal experiences, and motivational talks helped students feel supported, confident, and more focused on their future paths.
In celebration of World Milk Day, June 1, 2024, students embarked on an exciting and educational field trip to a local cow farm.
