The Karkidaka Food Fest was a resounding success, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Kerala's Karkidakam season. Students enthusiastically participated in the event, preparing and presenting a variety of traditional dishes unique to this period.Students brought an array of traditional Karkidakam specialties, such as Pathilakkarikal, Marunnu Kanji, Pathila Thoran, Uluva Kanji ,Aymodaka unda and various pickles and chutneys that were displayed.Students enthusiastically explained the ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural significance of each item.The event provided a unique opportunity for students to engage with their cultural heritage, fostering a sense of community and shared identity.The Karkidaka Food Fest was a delightful celebration of Kerala's rich culinary traditions.
