Gurupurnima was celebrated with great fervour and splendour on the 19th of July. The occasion was graced by the presence of Bri. Thanmayamritaji and Bri. Lekshmy. The proceedings began with the lighting of Amma's lamp, followed by a hearfelt puja ceremony guided by Bri. Thanmayamritaji. Bri. Lekshmy's soulful chanting immersed the parents in a state of devotion, preparing their minds for the sacred rituals. A heartwarming moment followed children tenderly washed their mothers' feet. The ambiance was transformed by the soft glow of lamps, the fragrance of incense and fresh flowers, transporting all to a realm of spiritual connection. Amma's divine presence permeated every aspect of the celebration. The traditional worship of Amma's padukam followed, with offerings of milk, honey, ghee, and other sacred substances. The ceremony concluded with the waving of arati and the distribution of prasad to all, leaving a lasting impression on the hearts of all present.
