Amrita Vidyalayam is a noble initiative of Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma), envisioned to provide holistic, value-based education across the nation. Today, the institution has grown into a strong network of over 90 branches in leading cities across India, touching countless young lives with knowledge, compassion, and cultural values.
With a deep understanding of Bengaluru’s need for a world-class educational institution, Amrita Vidyalayam, Ullal Upanagar was established in the year 2002 to offer premium education that blends academic excellence with character building.

On 29th August, Slow Cycling Race (Grades 1–10) was inaugurated by Principal Smt. Chetana J, filled the campus with laughter, cheers, and wobbly wheels.

"Sanskritam nama devabhasha, sarvabhashanam janani" – the divine language, mother of all languages, was celebrated with devotion and enthusiasm at Amrita Vidyalayam on 25th August 2025.
The programme featured the soulful Prarthana Geetam – “Gowri Nandana Gajanana”, the melodious “Garuda Ghanana”, a vibrant Veshabhushanam with character introductions, and the inspiring Rashtra Seva Gaanam. Students also delivered insightful speeches on Ganitha, Bhautika Shastra, Rasayana Shastra, Jeeva Shastra, and Aryabhata, along with a devotional song “Manasa Santha Smaranim.”
Certificates were awarded to winners of Sanskrit competitions at Vidyanikethan School. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and the chanting of the Shanthi Mantra, spreading peace and harmony.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Bengaluru, proudly hosted Amrita Ektheshia 2025 – Talent Exhibition, where every student from Nursery to Grade 10 showcased their creativity across Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Arts, and Languages.
From experiments, puzzles, and models to storytelling, fun games, costumes, and multilingual displays, the classrooms came alive with innovation, teamwork, and the joy of learning.
Parents walked through the displays with pride, appreciating how such exhibitions foster confidence, creativity, and holistic growth among students.
