The celebration of Chocolate Day brought great joy to KG classes.
The graduation ceremony for the UKG students was held on March 7, 2025. The event was a resounding success, and students, parents, and staff enjoyed a wonderful time. The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp, followed by a prayer. The welcome speech was delivered by the KG coordinator, Ms. Sujatha Devi, who warmly welcomed the principal, vice principal, parents, children, and teachers. The principal, Bri. Suryamrita Chaitanyaji, addressed the gathering with a benedictory speech, congratulating the students on their achievements and encouraging them to strive for excellence in their future endeavors. The vice principal, Ms. Sumangala Haridas, also felicitated the students and praised their hard work.
On 25th March 2025, a year plan setting session for LKG and UKG was conducted under the leadership of the Academic Mentor of All Kerala Amrita Vidyalayams. The session aimed at streamlining and aligning the academic framework for Kindergarten across all Amrita schools. We were proud to host this collaborative event at our school. Amrita Vidyalayams from Pandalam, Thiruvalla, and Changanassery actively participated in the session. The session focused on developing a unified and practical academic year plan for the Kindergarten level. It served as a valuable platform for shared learning and planning among the participating schools. This initiative ensures a consistent and quality-driven approach to early childhood education, in alignment with the values and vision of Amrita Vidyalayams.
Our academic mentor Mrs.Kavitha Sudheer visited the school on 8/5/25 to review and refine the year plans prepared by teachers. She reviewed the plans, provided constructive feedback, and delivered a motivational speech offering insights on effective implementation. This visit aimed to support teachers in achieving academic goals, and the refined year plans will guide them throughout the year.
Amrita Vidyalayam, Odisha, celebrated Labour Day with heartfelt gratitude to all workers who contribute tirelessly to the progress and well-being of society. The event began with a solemn prayer, invoking the holy blessings of Amma, to honor the spirit of hard work and dedication.
