The 28th Annual Day of Amrita Vidyalayam Puthiyakavu was held on Friday, 7 February 2024, in a grand and unforgettable celebration of talent, colour, and vibrancy.

The event was graced by esteemed guests, with Lt. Col. Rishi Rajalekshmi as the Chief Guest. It was an a highly inspirational experience for the entire school esp, to the student community to recieve Rishi Sir, who is an embodiment of indomitable courage and iron will. Poornamritananda Puri Swamiji presided over the function, while Capt. Abhiram, Regimental Medical Officer of the Indian Army and a proud alumnus, joined as the Alumni Guest.

In his inspiring speech, Lt. Col. Rishi Rajalekshmi warned students about the growing threat of drug abuse and urged them to stay strong and firm in their decisions. His interaction with the students was very insightful. Poornamritananda Puri Swamiji highlighted the power of fearlessness and the need to face challenges with inner strength and calmness.

The evening became truly mesmerising as students showcased their incredible talents through dance, drama, poetic drama performance, yoga, and judo, making it a celebration to remember.
