Amrita Vidyalayam Celebrates Annual Day 'SANYOG-2024’

Amrita Vidyalayam, Janla, celebrated its Annual Function ‘SANYOG-2024’ on Saturday with vibrant student participation and cultural grandeur.

The festivities began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Chief Guest Dr. Soumya Ranjan Patnaik, Founder Editor of The Sambad, alongside Chief Speaker Sri Loluck Baby, Senior Director of Academic Excellence for South India, and Guest of Honour Sri Smrutiranjan Biswal, State Engagement Officer at NSDC, Odisha. They were joined by Bri. Namratamrita Chaitanya and Bri. Rasikamrita Chaitanya, along with other dignitaries.

Following the inaugural ceremony, a melodious chorus set the tone for the event.

Mrs. Mousumi Patnaik, the school’s Principal, presented the Annual Report of Achievements - 2024, highlighting the accomplishments of students, teachers, and staff. Outstanding contributors were honoured with medals and trophies.

The cultural showcase featured mesmerizing classical dance performances, a captivating mythological musical drama, and vibrant Odia folk songs and dances, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the region.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Soumya Ranjan Patnaik congratulated the school on its remarkable achievements and commended the students and teachers for organizing an excellent program. He emphasized the importance of teamwork in achieving both individual and collective success.

Parents, delighted by the elegant performances, applauded the students for their talent and dedication.

The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Miss Dipsa Debansi Pradhan, the Head Girl of the school, marking the end of a memorable and inspiring event.
