Amrita Vidyalayam  Cheruthuruthy celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest ,Mrs Liba Ma'am a renowned Yoga expert /trainer. She delivered an inspiring speech on the benefits of yoga, highlighting its importance in maintaining physical and mental well-being .She also demonstrated various yoga postures  that are beneficial for students in developing positive thoughts .A yoga -themed dance was performed by students which was indeed a mesmerizing one .Students  from classes 3rd to 10th actively participated performing Surya Namaskar co ordinated by our Yoga trainer Ms .Amrita .All the students participated in the session making the day a grant  success.
