June 5th was observed as World Environment Day with the theme “Beat Plastic Pollution.” The event began with an address by our Principal Ma’am, who emphasized the importance of eliminating plastic from our lives. A special video featuring Amma’s message on environmental protection and the values we gain by conserving nature was also presented.

Abhinand of Class V B delivered an inspiring speech on the significance of Environment Day. As part of the celebration, Sreehari Santhosh of Class VII A and DevaGovind of Class VII B were appointed as the President and Secretary of the “Go Green Club”, respectively. Principal Ma’am also distributed saplings to the newly elected members of the club, encouraging them to take active steps in promoting a greener and cleaner environment.
