Amrita Vidyalayam, Kozhikode, KG Section, celebrated Black & White Day on November 11th, as part of the curriculum. Teachers and students embraced the theme by dressing in black and white and bringing related props. The children were introduced to the symbolic meaning of these contrasting colours—white representing peace and black symbolizing authority, often associated with concepts like day and night or good and evil. They explored various aspects of black and white through engaging activities. A sensory video in black and white was shown to enhance their understanding. The celebration concluded with joyful group photos, capturing the spirit of the day.

Amma’s birthday was celebrated at the ashramam on 22 nd September2025 with great devotion and joy. The programme commenced with Amma’s Paduka Pooja and Ashtothram performed by Swamiji, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere.
