As part of Exercise Day, a Mass Drill was conducted for the students of Classes V to VIII at the school premises on September 1, 2026. The programme was organized to promote physical fitness, discipline, coordination, concentration, and awareness of the importance of regular exercise.
The session included calisthenics and free-hand exercises, along with warm-up, stretching, and coordinated drill movements. The students actively participated in the exercises under the guidance of the Physical Education teacher.
The students performed the activities with great enthusiasm, maintaining proper rhythm, posture, coordination, and discipline throughout the session. The Mass Drill was successfully conducted and provided the students with an enjoyable opportunity to engage in physical activity while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, teamwork, and a healthy attitude towards fitness.
The programme concluded successfully with active participation from all the students.
