Independence Day celebrations were held with great pride and honour. Amrita Vidyalayam Cheruthuruthy had a special guest Subash Sir, Sub Inspector of Police, Cheruthuruthy Police Station who hoisted the National Flag and delivered a speech on how we should unite as a nation for a better tomorrow. Many students from various classes delivered speeches marking the significance of the day. Students also performed patriotic songs and dances honoring the sacrifices of our ancestors.
