Amrita Vidyalayam, Kodungallur observed the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on 25 June 2026 with a special awareness programme to educate students about the dangers of substance abuse. Mr. Jadeer P. M., Vimukthi Resource Person of the Thrissur Excise Division and Civil Excise Officer of the Irinjalakuda Excise Range Office, conducted an informative session for students of Classes VI to XII, encouraging them to make responsible and healthy life choices. The observance concluded with an anti-drug pledge and the display of house-wise awareness posters, reinforcing the school's commitment to promoting a drug-free and value-based society.
