Annual Day Celebration 2025 - Kollam

Our school's annual day celebration was held on 7 th February , 2025 at MMK Auditorium with great enthusiasm and participation from students, staff, and parents. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Swamiji Jnanamritanandapuri whose blessings added a spiritual dimension to the occasion. Smt. Vineeta, Panchayat president, Kottamkara served as the chief guest, and Sri.Akhil Krishnan, Deputy General manager, Rail Vikas Nigam limited ( Alumnus , Amrita Vidyalayam) was the guest of honour. Their presence and inspiring words motivated the students and the audience alike. The program commenced with prayer & lamp lighting.

Chanting and singing the divine names of the Lord have a profound impact on shaping the character of young children. Through our spiritual enrichment program, our children learn to recite the Gita, practice yoga, chant Vedic hymns, and cultivate mindfulness through meditation.

National Science Day 2025 -Kollam

A session on National Science Day was conducted on 28th February to create an awareness about the importance of Science among students. Students of class VI attended the session. The session started with an introduction about the importance of Science in our daily life. After this, one of the students spoke about the importance of National Science Day. A slideshow and a video presentation based on the topic were conducted. In the end the models and charts made by students of class V,VI and VII were displayed. The students participated in the event with great enthusiasm.

Balanced Diet Session

A session on Balanced Diet was conducted on 24 th, February to create awareness among students about the necessity of including healthy diet in their daily life.The students of Std Vl attended the session.The topic was introduced with the interaction of students .One of them spoke about the importance of balanced diet.To enhance their understanding,a short video was shown .The students actively participated in the event by arranging some recipes.

Republic Day Celebration 2025 -Kollam

The highlight of the event was the flag hoisting ceremony, which was graciously performed by our esteemed guest, Mr. Pradeep, Branch Manager of Dhanalekshmi Bank. His presence added significance to our celebration, and we are grateful for his participation

Chocolate Day Celebration 2025 Kollam

The Kindergarten children had a great time celebrating Chocolate Day! They participated in exciting games, learned about the chocolate-making process, and indulged in delicious chocolates. The joy on their faces was priceless!

World Cancer Day 2025 - Kollam

Our students had an informative session about cancer, a life-altering disease affecting many. They learned about healthy habits and lifestyle choices that can help prevent and manage the disease. An engaging Q&A session helped clarify their doubts. The children also made a heartfelt promise to show compassion and kindness towards those affected by cancer.

To commemorate Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's birth anniversary, the following program was held: * A quiz competition for students of VI A and VI B. * A speech by Madhav. S from VI A. * A 5-minute documentary film on Subhas Chandra Bose. * The singing of the National Anthem. * The playing of the patriotic song 'Qadam Qadam Badhaaye Ja' while students were dismissed

National Youth Day 2025 - Kollam

Our school celebrated National Youth Day with great enthusiasm on January 13. The program commenced with an insightful speech highlighting the significance of Youth Day. Additionally, a role-play of Swami Vivekananda's life was presented, showcasing his ideals and values. Students from Grade 7 enacted a skit depicting a pivotal incident in Swami Vivekananda's life. The program also featured stills portraying influential characters, including Sreeramaparamahamsa and Saradadevi.
