'On the 28th and 29th of November 2024, a Mathrubhumi Book Fair was organized at our school premises. The event was a great success and attracted students, teachers, and parents alike. The book fair featured a wide range of books, including literature, science, history, and children’s fiction. It provided a wonderful opportunity for students to explore the world of books and develop their reading habits. Students enthusiastically visited the stalls and purchased books of their interest. Many teachers also recommended useful academic and reference books. The event encouraged a positive reading culture in the school and was appreciated by all. Overall, the Mathrubhumi Book Fair was a memorable and enriching experience for everyone.
Our school's annual day celebration was held on 7 th February , 2025 at MMK Auditorium with great enthusiasm and participation from students, staff, and parents. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Swamiji Jnanamritanandapuri whose blessings added a spiritual dimension to the occasion. Smt. Vineeta, Panchayat president, Kottamkara served as the chief guest, and Sri.Akhil Krishnan, Deputy General manager, Rail Vikas Nigam limited ( Alumnus , Amrita Vidyalayam) was the guest of honour. Their presence and inspiring words motivated the students and the audience alike. The program commenced with prayer & lamp lighting.
To promote unity, harmony, and national integration among citizens, and to commemorate the birth anniversary of Indira Gandhi, the first woman Prime Minister of India, National Integration Day is celebrated every year on November 19th. We organized a series of events to commemorate this significant day. Aadhilekshmi V. Nath, a student from class IX, delivered a speech highlighting the importance of National Integration Day. Students from classes III to V dressed in traditional attire representing various states and participated in a ramp walk. A bulletin board was created to showcase the events. The celebration was a resounding success, raising awareness about the importance of unity and harmony among citizens. We pledge to continue promoting national integration and working towards a stronger, more united India.
Chanting and singing the divine names of the Lord have a profound impact on shaping the character of young children. Through our spiritual enrichment program, our children learn to recite the Gita, practice yoga, chant Vedic hymns, and cultivate mindfulness through meditation.
Constitution Day is celebrated annually on November 26th to commemorate the adoption of the Indian Constitution in 1949. This year marks the 75th anniversary of this significant event. To honour Constitution Day, various activities were organized on our school premises. Apoorva Raj, a student from class VIII, delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of the Constitution. A bulletin board was displayed, highlighting the key features of the Constitution. Additionally, students from grades VIII and IX conducted a mock parliament. The Constitution Day celebration was a resounding success, fostering awareness about the significance of the Indian Constitution.

The Fireless Cooking Activity was an exciting and fun-filled event held for students of classes II, III, and IV. As soon as the activity was announced, the children eagerly prepared for it, bringing all the necessary ingredients from home.
The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) conducted the National Science Olympiad (NSO) for the academic year 2024-25, open to students from classes I to XII.
