On several occasions, I have observed that some of my students show a lack of readiness to welcome a new task as opposed to their routines. They consider even a small additional responsibility as stress and find it hard to manage it. Primarily, the key to success is "stress and crisis management".
Self-governance is an art that elevates you in the academic and career ladder. Nothing is a cakewalk if you have an ardent winning interest and the spirit of achievement. But at the same time, nothing is hard, if you really apply skills, examine possibilities and attempt a solution for an authentic issue in a calm way.
Winston Churchill quotes, "a pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty." He iterates that success is not final and failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that matters. There may be stress and crisis in various situations, but they are not failures unless you treat it so and lose heart. Real winning lies in concatenation of endurance, stoicism and 3Ps(patience, positivity, perseverance). Cognitive approach per se serves as a proactive platform during the times of crisis and is imperative to aquire that faculty to perform efficiently. Every problem has a latent solution in it. Carefully design your process to achieve it and gain total mastery over stress and resolve the crisis. For the students embarking on a career journey with us @Amrita, we are keen in creating opportunities to inspire you to the core.
