Amrita Vidyalayam, Ernakulam celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor on August 15, 2025. The event began with the hoisting of the national flag by our Principal, followed by the singing of the National Anthem.
Karkidakam was celebrated as Ramayana Month beginning on 17th July 2025. On the first day, Amrita Vidyalayam, Ernakulam Principal, Dr. Manoranjini Ma’am, delivered an inspiring speech on Dharma, the essence of the epic Ramayana.
Our school sparkled with color, music, and joy as Amrita Fest 2025 lit up Amrita Vidyalayam, Edappally, on August 1st & 2nd. Inaugurated by our esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Brahmacharini Rehna, AIMS Kochi, the two-day cultural fiesta was a vibrant stage for dance, music, elocution, recitation, storytelling, fancy dress, and much more!
To commemorate National Handloom Day, our school organized a series of educational and hands-on activities designed to foster appreciation for India’s rich handloom heritage. The celebration aimed to instill cultural awareness and creativity among students, especially focusing on the traditional crafts of Kerala.
Hiroshima Day was observed in our school on August 6, 2025. A poster was prepared with the message '' war can do anything, peace can do the best'' and was sent to all class groups. It emphasized the need to follow the ideas of peace, justice, and cooperation in daily life and in government policies.
