The Kerala Piravi celebration at Amrita Vidyalayam, Edappally, was conducted with great joy and traditional spirit. The programme began with a prayer and was followed by a variety of colourful events that showcased Kerala’s rich cultural heritage. 

A house-wise folk song competition filled the school with melodious tunes, while fancy dress competitions for Classes 1–4 brought out the creativity and excitement of the young students. 

The highlight of the day was the enthralling Chakyar Kooth performance by Sri Velayudhan from Thrissur, which offered a glimpse into Kerala’s classical art forms. The beautifully arranged
