Amrita Vidyalayam, Kollam celebrated Ramayana month by organizing engaging activities for the students in Amriteshwari Hall. The students presented Ramayana skits and participated in a fancy dress competition portraying characters from the Ramayana such as Lord Rama, Sita, Hanuman, and Ravana. The celebration aimed to instill moral values from the epic like truth, devotion, discipline, and respect among students, and to help them understand the relevance of Ramayana in modern life. This activity also supported SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions by promoting cultural heritage, ethical values, and character building among young learners.
