We celebrated India's 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor in our school premises on 15th August 2025. The day marks the historic moment when our country gained freedom from British rule in 1947, and to honor this occasion, a special program was organized in our school with active participation from students and staff.
The celebration began with the flag hoisting ceremony, performed by our honorable chief guest, Hav. MANOJ VRINDAVAN amidst the singing of the national anthem. The tricolor unfurled proudly in the sky, reminding us of the countless sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.
Following the flag hoisting, a vibrant patriotic dance performance by our students added color and emotion to the event. Their graceful moves and expressions beautifully portrayed the spirit of unity and nationalism.
Our respected Principal addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, highlighting the importance of freedom and the responsibility we hold as future citizens. She encouraged the students to stay disciplined, work hard, and contribute positively to the nation.
Next, we conducted an energetic patriotic song competition, where students sang soulful patriotic songs in unison. Each group delivered powerful and melodious performances that filled the air with pride and love for our nation.
One of our teachers also shared a few words, reminding everyone of the sacrifices made by our great leaders and the value of unity in diversity. Her speech was both heartfelt and motivating for the young minds.
The highlight of the program was the delightful Fancy Dress Competition for our tiny tots from LKG, UKG, Class 1 and Class 2. Dressed as national heroes and freedom fighters, the little ones stole everyone's hearts. Their costumes, confidence, and short speeches truly made the event memorable.
To conclude the event on a joyful note, our esteemed guest sang a song, filling the atmosphere with emotion and pride.
The entire program was a beautiful tribute to our country and its rich legacy. The celebration instilled a deep sense of patriotism among the students and reminded us all of our duties as responsible citizens of India
