Amrita Vidyalayam Senior Secondary School, Ramanathapuram, successfully organized its Annual Sports Meet 2025 on 15 November 2025 with great enthusiasm and true sportsman spirit. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and a healthy competitive spirit among students.

The programme commenced at 8:30 a.m. with a warm welcome to the dignitaries and guests. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of the Chief Guest, Cdr. Sandeep GS, Station Air Engineer Officer, INS Parundu. His presence inspired the students and added prestige to the occasion.

The ceremonial march past performed by the students reflected discipline, coordination, and unity, followed by the formal declaration of the Sports Meet open. A variety of track and field events were conducted for different age groups, providing equal opportunities for students to participate and showcase their athletic talents.

The students displayed remarkable energy, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the competitions. The enthusiastic cheering by the audience created a lively and motivating atmosphere for all participants.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Guest emphasized the importance of sports in building character, leadership qualities, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle. Winners and participants were appreciated and encouraged for their sincere efforts and sporting spirit.
