Amrita Vidyalayam, Tenkasi, celebrated its First Annual Day, "S Pandana – A Radhana", with the inspiring theme "Devotional Resonance." The grand celebration was held at the school campus from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., bringing together students, parents, teachers, and distinguished guests in an atmosphere of devotion, culture, and celebration.
The event was blessed by the divine presence of Swami Gurupadasritananda Puri, Senior Disciple of Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma), whose benedictory address inspired the gathering with Amma's message of love, selfless service, and value-based living.
The function was graced by the Chief Guest, Shri S. Jeyachandran, M.Tech., District Revenue Officer, Tenkasi, whose inspiring address encouraged the students to pursue excellence with dedication, discipline, and strong moral values.
The celebration was further honoured by the gracious presence of Swamini Bhakthipriyamrita Prana, Correspondent of Amrita Vidyalayam Schools; Smt. Viji Balachandran, Manager; Shri Muralidharan, Education Officer; and Shri B. Balavelmurugan, Principal, who extended their blessings and felicitations to the students.
The cultural programme showcased the talents of the students through a series of devotional, traditional, and cultural performances that beautifully reflected the theme "Devotional Resonance." The performances highlighted the students' creativity, confidence, discipline, and deep-rooted cultural values, earning wholehearted appreciation from the audience.
