Amrita Vidyalayam, Tenkasi, joyfully celebrated Colours Day on 23 August 2025, creating a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere in the Kindergarten section. The celebration aimed to help young learners recognize and appreciate the beauty of colours while enhancing their creativity, confidence, and self-expression.

The event was graced by the gracious presence of the Principal and the Manager, whose encouragement added to the joy of the celebration.

The programme featured a variety of colourful and engaging activities, including rhyme recitation, a fashion walk, dances, speeches, mime, and role plays, presented by the Kindergarten students. Dressed in the vibrant shades of yellow, red, green, orange, and purple, the children delighted the audience with their enthusiastic performances and colourful costumes.

The stage came alive with creativity and excitement as the little ones confidently showcased their talents. The wholehearted efforts of the parents in preparing the children for the celebration were truly commendable and contributed significantly to the success of the event.
