Blue Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Amrita Vidyalayam on 25th June by the students of Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG. The tiny tots looked delightful in their blue attire and creatively designed hats featuring different aquatic animals, adding colour and excitement to the celebration. To help children recognize and appreciate the colour blue, various engaging activities were conducted. Nursery students enjoyed fish palm painting, Jr. KG students created beautiful blue flower paintings using straws, and Sr. KG students made paper cup octopus, showcasing their creativity and fine motor skills. The celebration was combined with a No Bag Day, making the day even more enjoyable for the students. A variety of fun-filled classroom activities, drawing and coloring competitions, and sports events such as a running race were organized. The students actively participated and thoroughly enjoyed the day, which was filled with learning, creativity, and joyful experiences. The Blue Day and No Bag Day celebration was a memorable event that encouraged learning through play and fostered enthusiasm among the young learners.
