A Capacity Building Program on “Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies” was conducted on 29 November 2025 at Mount Bethany Public School, Kumbazha. The session aimed to enhance teachers’ understanding of effective pedagogical practices, with a strong focus on designing clear learning outcomes and implementing innovative teaching strategies in the classroom. Participants engaged in interactive discussions, collaborative activities, and reflective sessions that enriched their professional skills. The program provided valuable insights into improving teaching and learning processes, ensuring better academic achievement and the holistic development of students.
