Constitution Day is celebrated annually on 26th November to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India by the Constituent Assembly on 26th November 1949. It officially came into effect on 26th January 1950. Amrita Vidyalayam, Kozhikode, observed National Constitution Day with an engaging mock Parliament session. Students took on various roles such as Prime Minister, Speaker, and ministers, and conducted a lively discussion on the Juvenile Justice Bill. Through this activity, they gained valuable insights into the functioning and procedures of the Indian Parliament, fostering a deeper understanding of the democratic process.

The celebration of World Sanskrit Day was held on 19th August 2025 at Amrita Vidyalayam with great devotion and enthusiasm. The programme began with an auspicious prayer, followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp, seeking the blessings of the Almighty .Welcome speech delivered by the Sanskrit teacher.The Principal then addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, highlighting the importance of Sanskrit in our culture and heritage.
On 8th August, our school proudly observed Quit India Day, commemorating the historic Quit India Movement of 1942, when Mahatma Gandhi gave the clarion call of “Do or Die” to free India from colonial rule. The day reminded everyone of the sacrifices made by countless freedom fighters who stood united for the nation’s independence.
We celebrated India's 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor in our school premises on 15th August 2025. The day marks the historic moment when our country gained freedom from British rule in 1947, and to honor this occasion, a special program was organized in our school with active participation from students and staff.
