Constitution Day is celebrated annually on 26th November to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India by the Constituent Assembly on 26th November 1949. It officially came into effect on 26th January 1950. Amrita Vidyalayam, Kozhikode, observed National Constitution Day with an engaging mock Parliament session. Students took on various roles such as Prime Minister, Speaker, and ministers, and conducted a lively discussion on the Juvenile Justice Bill. Through this activity, they gained valuable insights into the functioning and procedures of the Indian Parliament, fostering a deeper understanding of the democratic process.

Amma’s birthday was celebrated at the ashramam on 22 nd September2025 with great devotion and joy. The programme commenced with Amma’s Paduka Pooja and Ashtothram performed by Swamiji, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere.

The programme began with an auspicious prayer, followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp, seeking the blessings of the Almighty .Welcome speech delivered by the Sanskrit teacher.The Principal then addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, highlighting the importance of Sanskrit in our culture and heritage.
