The 80th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Amrita Vidyalayam, Kuthuparamba on 15th August 2026. The programme began with Flag Hoisting by Principal Mrs. Jisha Vijayan, followed by a Special Assembly. The event included the National Anthem, speech by the Principal, patriotic songs by UKG students, speech by XI std students, and a vibrant dance performance.
A class-wise Bulletin Board Competition on the theme Independence Day, Vande Mataram song, Flag Colouring Activity for KG class, and a Fancy Dress Competition on the theme “Freedom Fighters” were also conducted.
The celebration instilled patriotic spirit and national pride among all students and staff.
