Children’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and warmth at Amrita Vidyalayam, filling the campus with joy, laughter, and vibrant colours. The day was specially dedicated to honouring the innocence, creativity, and boundless potential of every child.

The celebrations began with a prayer. Adding a special charm to the event, a student dressed up as Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and delivered an inspiring speech, sharing Chacha Nehru’s vision for children and the nation. His confident presentation set the perfect tone for the day’s festivities.

What followed was a delightful series of performances. The programme included soulful songs, energetic dance performances, a meaningful mime act, and a lively aerobics display that filled the hall with energy and excitement. Each performance was crafted with love, bringing wide smiles to the students’ faces.

A memorable highlight was the distribution of gifts from teachers to students, symbolizing the affection, encouragement, and appreciation the school holds for every child. The children’s happiness upon receiving the gifts added to the festive spirit of the day.

The programme concluded with heartfelt wishes and blessings for all students, encouraging them to dream big, stay joyful, and grow into compassionate individuals.
