we successfully celebrated Milk Day at Amrita Vidyalayam, Edappally, with great enthusiasm and joy, especially among our pre-primary students (Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG).

We organized a variety of engaging and educational activities:

• Creative Craft Activity: Children made adorable cow models using paper cups. This hands-on activity helped them understand the source of milk in a fun and creative way.

• Milk Products Exhibition: We showcased a variety of milk-based products, including peda, payasam, paneer, curd, and other dairy items. This helped the children visually connect with different forms of milk and learn about its versatility.

The celebration was both informative and enjoyable. Our young learners gained a basic understanding of the importance of milk and its products in a healthy diet. It was heartwarming to see their excitement and active participation throughout the day.

Overall, the event was a grand success and was well-received by the students and staff alike.

Learning Outcome :

Children understood the source of milk. They learned that milk is a healthy food important for physical and mental health. Milk contains calcium, protein, vitamins (like vitamin D and B12), and other essential nutrients that help in the growth and development of bones and the brain.
