Amrita Vidyalayam, Senior Secondary Thoothukudi Celebrated Onam on 04.09.2025 With Great joy and enthusiasm. The day began with a prayer and a brief introduction about the significance of the festival. A beautiful Pookalam (floral carpet) was made by the students, adding colour and charm to the celebration.

Children came dressed in traditional attire and presented songs, dances, and skits that showcased the culture and traditions of Kerala. The story of King Mahabali was also narrated, helping students understand the meaning of Onam.

The entire atmosphere was filled with happiness, unity, and festivity. The celebration gave students an opportunity to learn about our rich cultural heritage and enjoy the spirit of togetherness.
