The UN-declared World Meditation Day (21 December) was observed at the school with deep devotion and reverence, paying a heartfelt tribute to Amma.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Ottapalam, observed World Meditation Day on 20 December 2025 with active participation from around 80 students.
As part of Gita Jayanthi, our school conducted the Gita Challenge, a programme where children recited selected verses from the Bhagavad Gita, along with a quiz based on its teachings.
World Meditation Day is observed to emphasize the importance of meditation in fostering inner peace, mental clarity, and overall well-being. It encourages people to practice mindfulness for a healthier, more balanced life.
