The Karkidaka Food Fest was a resounding success, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Kerala's Karkidakam season. Students enthusiastically participated in the event, preparing and presenting a variety of traditional dishes unique to this period.Students brought an array of traditional Karkidakam specialties, such as Pathilakkarikal, Marunnu Kanji, Pathila Thoran, Uluva Kanji ,Aymodaka unda and various pickles and chutneys that were displayed.

We celebrated Chocolate Day on 7th July. The kids were thrilled to see the dark chocolates being made and couldn't wait to taste them. They learned about the ingredients and how they're mixed together to create the rich, velvety chocolate.The teachers taught them about the healthy benefits of dark chocolate. Children came to know that learning about chocolate could be educational and tasty.Using brown colour materials like horse gram, tea powder, and pencil shavings to make crafts like a teddy bear and tree also encouraged kids to think outside the box.

Umbrella Day was celebrated on 30 th of June with great enthusiasm and creativity . The event was a colourful and fun-filled experience for all the young participants.Students wore pink dresses,adding to the festive atmosphere . They brought umbrellas with various colours and designs .Their assembly was conducted with the beautiful umbrellas .Students also engaged in umbrella-themed craft activities, developing their fine motor skills and artistic skills.A fun and synchronized "Umbrella Drill" was conducted ,promoting teamwork and coordination among the students.The highlight of the event was an energetic and lively "Umbrella Dance "performance by the students, which was indeed a visual treat.The Umbrella Day celebration was a huge success ,filled with laughter, creativity ,and fun.The event provided a platform for our young students to showcase their talents ,creativity and teamwork,making it a memorable experience for all.
