Our school observed Quit India Day to honour the 1942 movement led by Mahatma Gandhi. A special assembly was conducted where students spoke about freedom fighters. Charts with slogans and photographs were also displayed.

Independence Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at Amrita Vidyalayam, Kuthuparamba, on August 15th. The event began with flag hoisting and a Principal's speech. A bulletin board competition was held for seniors and juniors.

Amrita Vidyalayam, Kuthuparamba, observed Kargil Vijay Diwas with patriotic fervor and deep reverence to honour the bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers during the Kargil War of 1999. As part of the commemoration, Class IX students took the initiative to prepare an informative and vibrant bulletin board display. The display featured powerful visuals, facts about the Kargil War, and heartfelt tributes to the martyrs. A striking feature was the replica of a jawan’s uniform, symbolizing the courage, commitment, and discipline of the Indian armed forces. The display drew widespread admiration from students and teachers alike.

Students from Class 1 to Class 12 actively participated by bringing a variety of traditional dishes typically prepared during the Karkidaka month.
