On 21.09.2024, As part of our school's environmental initiative, the students of Amrita Vidyalayam, Nagai organized an awareness program on plastics. The objective of the program was to educate the public about the harmful effects of plastics on the environment and promote sustainable practices.

In connection with Amrita Amma's 71st Amritavarsham, the 7th and 8th-grade students of Amrita Vidyalayam, Nagapattinam, organized an Environment Awareness Rally on September 21, 2024. The rally aimed to raise awareness about plastic pollution and encourage a reduction in plastic usage. The students marched from Nagore Sivan Temple to Nagore Bus Stand, covering nearly 1 km. Around 180 students and 20 teachers participated in the event.
