The Ramayan drama and dance performance was a grand and colourful event presented by students from Standards V, VII, and VIII. Around 35 enthusiastic students brought to life the timeless story of Lord Rama. The play beautifully portrayed important incidents such as Rama’s birth, childhood, and education, Sita Swayamvar, Vanvas, Hanuman meeting Rama, the battle with Ravana, and finally Rama’s return to Ayodhya. The stage came alive with vibrant costumes, expressive acting, and heartfelt devotion, leaving the audience deeply connected to the epic’s rich values.
Adding to the beauty of the drama were soulful songs that filled the hall with devotion and joy. Mukta Mulay of Std VIII B and Yashashree Jadhav of Std VIII D sang the inspiring song Hum Katha Sunate, while Varsini of Std VI A sang Jara Der Theharao Rama Rama, touching every heart with her sweet voice. The entire event was not only a cultural celebration but also a reminder of the virtues of truth, courage, and devotion taught by the Ramayan.
