"Republic Day, celebrated on 26th January, marks the adoption of India's Constitution in 1950. This historic day honours our nation's transition to a democratic republic, upholding values of equality, justice, and freedom. Our school, Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta, celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism.
Republic Day was celebrated in our school with various meaningful activities. A speech was delivered highlighting the importance of the day, reminding us of our rights, mutual respect, and kindness. A creative bulletin board display showcased the significance of Republic Day. Students from different classes presented patriotic songs and recitations, expressing their love and respect for the nation.
The Republic Day celebration in our school instilled a sense of patriotism and nationalism among students, helping them connect with their country's history and values. It motivated students to take responsibility for their actions and become aware of their duties towards the nation. The celebration provided an opportunity for students to reflect on their values, goals, and aspirations, inspiring them to become better citizens and individuals."
