Sree Krishna Jayanti was celebrated at Amrita Vidyalayam with devotion, joy, and enthusiastic participation from the school community. The programme commenced with prayer and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by a spiritual talk on the life and teachings of Lord Krishna.

The celebration featured Krishna Leela, devotional and dance presentations, and children dressed as Krishna and Radha. Group photographs captured the festive moments, while the participation of Reverend Swamini, the Principal, teachers, parents, students, and support staff added to the spirit of togetherness.

The celebration concluded with the traditional Dahi Handi/Uriyadi, bringing great excitement and joy to the children. The programme provided meaningful experiential learning, strengthened cultural awareness, and fostered values of devotion, unity, discipline, and compassion, thereby contributing to SDG 4 – Quality Education and the holistic development of students.
