As Part of Karkkidakamasacharanam We, the students of class 8, conducted a Traditional Ayurvedic Food Fest on 27 th July in our school premises.
Various dishes based on Ayurvedic principles were prepared and displayed by the students.These included items like Karkkidakakanji, herbal juices, medicinal.Snacks,and nutritious porridges.
The event was inaugurated by our Principal, who appreciated the students' efforts in preserving and celebrating our rich food heritage.
The fest was a great success and helped us understand the importance of Ayurveda in maintaining good health, especially during the monsoon season.
