The celebration was graced by Dr. Debabrata Panda, Assistant Professor of Sanskrit at Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda Medical College, Mahe, who was the honourable guest of the day. In his inspiring address, Dr. Panda highlighted the spiritual and scientific essence of yoga, emphasizing its importance in maintaining physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance in our fast-paced world.
The event began with a serene prayer and guided meditation, followed by a vibrant yoga demonstration led by students showcasing various asanas, breathing technique.
