The AYUDH Orientation Session was held on 11 August 2025 (Monday) at Amrita Vidyalayam, Thalassery. The program commenced with a Lamp Lighting Ceremony, symbolizing the light of service and knowledge.
The sacred moment of Lord Rama’s Pattabhishekham marked the restoration of dharma and the victory of righteousness in Ayodhya As we concluded the Pattabhishekham Celebration, the air was filled with devotion, joy, and the eternal message of the Ramayana. This divine coronation not only reminds us of Rama’s unwavering commitment to truth and duty, but also inspires us to live a life rooted in values of love, sacrifice, humility, and brotherhood. May our students absorb these noble teachings and let them illuminate their path, guiding them to become embodiments of goodness in the world.
Amrita Vidyalayam Thalassery celebrated the 79th Independence Day on 15th August with great pride and patriotic zeal. The programme began with the unfurling of the National Flag by Shri Dineshan B. M., Head Constable (Kerala Police), CISF – Indian Army, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, which filled the atmosphere with patriotic spirit.
On the occasion of National Handloom Day, students and teachers of Amritavidyalayam, Thalassery, visited local weavers to witness the art of handloom weaving.
Amritavidyalayam, Thalassery, observed Quit India Movement Day with great patriotic fervour. The programme began with a prayer, followed by a brief speech on the significance of the movement and its role in India’s struggle for independence.
